Founder & Operator
Kieran built upon daily workouts to combat issues with self esteem and body hang-ups. Now a sponsored athlete with tens of thousands of followers, Kieran’s turned his focus towards helping others prosper. Having been documented by the likes of BBC Three, The Daily Mail, Unilad and MTV, his story continues to inspire those who hope for a better life.

Lauren marlow
Gym Manager & Female Lead
Lauren's the first point of contact for all new members of The PIT. She's helped to run The PIT for over three years and has endless experience providing clients with incredible results and holding them accountable through weekly weigh-ins and monthly check-ins. If you ever need support or motivation, Lauren will be there.

Harvey ainsworth
Lead Trainer
Harvey's our lead trainer and head boxing coach at The PIT. The first trainer we hired, Harvey has plenty of experience training individuals and getting them in peak physical shape. Always down for a laugh, Harvey's the perfect person to motivate you on the days you need a bit of a boost.
