All of our group class members are expected to attend the gym five times a week in order to give themselves the best chance of achieving an impressive transformation by the end of the 12-week programme.

Every single day you’ll be doing something different. That’s a big part of the reason why people see such a remarkable change over their first three months at The PIT. Each week of training has a specific theme. We do this in order to shock the body, so it doesn’t get used to the same forms of exercise. Regularly changing up your workouts will keep your muscle receptors firing, which in turn will help you burn more calories and increase muscle more quickly.

There are three weight sessions and two cardio sessions each week. On Monday we work our back and biceps; Tuesday is for cardio and boxing; Wednesday is for our chest and shoulders; Thursday is circuit training; Friday we finish with legs. By focusing on different areas of the body each day, and delivering sessions that include many types of different movements as possible, your body will be challenged in ways it almost certainly has never been before.

PIT group classes are full of people just like you, individuals eager to elevate their physical and mental wellbeing beyond the levels they can achieve on their own. Multiple times a week you’ll be assigned a gym partner in your session, which helps create the supportive and challenging atmosphere in the gym that helps to motivate one another and keep everyone accountable. Chances are you’ll have more than a few laughs along the way as well.

Depending on the time of your session, you’ll be working with between two and four of our experienced and respected body transformation coaches. There’s our founder, and head coach, Kieran; our boxing specialist, Harvey; our female development lead & gym manager, Lauren; our circuit trainer Ritz; and our experienced bodybuilder Tom.
