The model of a conventional gym is broken. Being left to your own devices with no help, support, or nutritional advice from trainers, can leave you stuck in the same situation, frustrated with your lack of progress, demotivated and ready to fall off the wagon.

Our twelve-week programme provides everything you need to maximise results in a short time frame. Pit Gym group sessions combine the focus of one-to-one training with the social benefits of being part of a team. Every day we keep gym members accountable, concentrating them on their goals, and offering solutions to any problems they may face in their fitness, and wellness, journey.
